AB 1991 is now dead.  In its place Senator Yee has offered to sponsor SB 863. This bill is an excellent solution to a serious problem.  The new bill will provide $10 million to the City of Half Moon Bay from the Housing-Urban-Suburban-and Rural Parks Account.  It will not set any adverse environmental precedents.  Many thanks to Senator Yee for his hard work and commitment to our State's environment.
